Rockson Debrah, Founder and CEO of Dero Technology, is a groundbreaking inventor and visionary leader whose life journey reflects resilience, genius, and a relentless drive to change the world through innovation. Born on September 2, 1997, at St. John of Government Hospital in Ghana, Rockson comes from a humble Sephi family and was raised with strong values of hard work and purpose.

From an early age, Rockson displayed remarkable intelligence and a deep passion for technology. He attended Roman Catholic Primary School and later Advantage Junior High School, where he quickly earned leadership roles such as School Prefect and Compound Overseer. His secondary education at Jabosu Senior High School further highlighted his technical abilities, earning him recognition as the “Light Prophet” for his talent in fixing electrical faults and reviving non-functional gadgets.

Although he did not pursue a formal university degree, Rockson is a committed autodidact. He immersed himself in engineering books and conducted extensive research into natural systems, technology, and safety innovations. His technical journey began with a modest internship at an electrical company in Kumasi in 2012, where he started out as a basic electrician. Today, he stands at the helm of a company poised to influence global technological standards.

Under Rockson’s leadership, Dero Technology is focused on solving real-world problems—especially around environmental safety and electrical innovation. Despite the challenges of growing up in poverty, Rockson has proven that passion, persistence, and purpose can lead to extraordinary breakthroughs.
